Transport services can be improved and if pay raise is given people might stay back.

The pay was excellent and I got a lot of freedom when it came to decision making when I was working.

...from two different organizations on harassment grounds and they still hired him. I believe he finally got fired again from here after they formed a committee due to complaints, but he moved on to getting a better pay with a better salary. There were many other ombuds related issues that were not taken care of at that time.

Salary credit on time. Leave benefits and compensatory off if working on indian holiday. Leave policy is good.

Dislikes

No job security. No good hike. Promotion is as per referral not as per performance. If switch a process then treat like a fresher even complete 2-3 years.

Since the system is not very robust most of the work has to be done manually, which gives an opportunity for deep learning

Dislikes

Salary is peanuts, people are overburdened, managers take your credit, no professionalism. I also witnessed an highly tenured employee was terminated when he got medical emergency, so no empathy from management.

Likes

Employees are asked to extend the shifts to meet the expectations. Highest extended shifts i have done was for 22 to 23 hours a day in busy period. Normal days it extend to 2 to 3 hours every day.

Dislikes

No compensation for extra hours paid and Unsatisfied compensation for most of the employees.
