Good company to learn and then move out. Very high attrition results in good growth opportunities for some employees

Salary is a major issue. Babysitters get paid more than what freshers are paid out here. Company culture is non existent. Everything is client oriented and employee welfare and goodwill take the last seat.

Salary credit on time. Leave benefits and compensatory off if working on indian holiday. Leave policy is good.

No job security. No good hike. Promotion is as per referral not as per performance. If switch a process then treat like a fresher even complete 2-3 years.

Literally nothing, it is the worst company to work with, they want labourers free of cost but yes you will get to learn and hand holding is also good. Good place for freshers but you can't earn money in this company.

Best work culture and corporate ethics, very supportive senior management. Great exposure and growth scope, ample if learning opportunities.

Transport services can be improved and if pay raise is given people might stay back.

Freedom to do work, salary credit on time, food coupons are providing for night shift, early or late hours provide cab facility

Dislikes

Extending shift timings,lot of work pressure, my TL is very angry person, few colleagues are like worst in case,. In corona time, they have responed very badly.
