Extending shift timings,lot of work pressure, my TL is very angry person, few colleagues are like worst in case,. In corona time, they have responed very badly.

... a good platform to start your career and you will get to learn many new things. The working culture is best to start career however it does not pay good salary as compared to market standards.

...reet is a big brand and I would suggest new learner to start career with syntel. Dislike is only the package syntel pays.

The pay was excellent and I got a lot of freedom when it came to decision making when I was working.

Dislikes

...from two different organizations on harassment grounds and they still hired him. I believe he finally got fired again from here after they formed a committee due to complaints, but he moved on to getting a better pay with a better salary. There were many other ombuds related issues that were not taken care of at that time.

There is a job security in State Street Syntel, you will get exposure to core finance at graduation basis.

Dislikes

You have to extend for 13 to 14 hours, no support from seniors or management, salary very very very less compared to other companies for same job role, awards are given to the people who talk with sugar coated words, no promotion, appraisal is only 600 to 700 rupees.

Dislikes

No work life balance. 12 to 14 hours work time. No extra pay for extension hours. No training during the production.
