While leving organisation HR had word will payout for two month for 3 month notice period but for 1 month salary was not credited even they are lying with employees. Worst transport service. They explored employees there is Imbalance between authority and responsibility. Managers are more autocratic.

I am dislike to company's internal politics and salary issues

Job security. company is providing good support for WFH,they providing Reimbursement s for monthly net charges as well providing UPS is good help.

Dislikes

career growth is good but comparatively salary is too less.

Employees are asked to extend the shifts to meet the expectations. Highest extended shifts i have done was for 22 to 23 hours a day in busy period. Normal days it extend to 2 to 3 hours every day.

Dislikes

No compensation for extra hours paid and Unsatisfied compensation for most of the employees.

Great place for freshers. One can learn many new things in capital market.

Dislikes

Very poor salary structure even less than average salary for the same position in industry. No overtime facility even if the stretch is more than 5-6 hours other than working hours and this thing happens regularly. Absolutely no work life balance. Was not allowed to take leave even if you have pending leaves. One can be victim of office politics even if you are not involved in any matter.
