Salary and benefits are good, work is very easy however your manager is the only matter.

Dislikes

No work life balance, manager taking leaves and wfh but won't allow ther team members to take leaves, senior managers supporting blindly to the Assistant manager without analysis any situation, if any higher management members reading this take a closure look to your management people working most of the time in phone and having fun only.

Work from home option is there. Salary on time.

Dislikes

Terrible company to work for, they will hire one person for a role and dump all work on him. No support from onshore. In every meeting they will just force you to deliver and will not listen to your concerns. Most of the time there is hiring freeze so all the work load will be on the existing resource. Even passing one year time in this company is so tough. Don't join here better look for some company who atleast hires sufficient people for work.

-There is no much cuttings in salary which they mentioned in offer letter. -Employee insurance policy is good.

-Work preasure hits above the avg level (Depends on the team you work for). -Only one day WFH, again it is depends on the team you work for)

Company wise it's good.reasonable benefits and bonus. Lovely environment and infrastructure is amazing. On time cab facility. I love this company.

Dislikes

Only bad thing is people. If you get good manager you are lucky.. I have seen a lot of managers and TL are not supportive and biased. Should give respect to coworkers.
