Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

If they terminate people in 3 months only not approving their probation period than their is nothing to like in this company. Disgusting and very bad experience.

Very very disgusting company as they only take their relatives which are care taker of buffaloes and cows and milk sellers are working here. Work balance life is very terrible as plant managers are sleeping at home when their is breakdown and arguing with their juniors. No proper sitting place for employees and not a single table to eat our food. Very very bad experience here as they are keeping illiterate people in officers post and terminating educated people's from organisation. No job security all their people don't work they are all chugli Khor people. Very bad company. If any body got appointment in starcrete LLP please do necessary enquiry and than only accept the job offer. If need any query plz call me I will give you necessary information about company. 98233 09881
