appraisal and promotion given to employee as per support, without support employee cant get good appraisal and promotion, some employee are getting promotion on every year, some did not getting 8 years. ( in other words we can say MATHA DEKH KAR TIKA).

The entire management (MD sir,JMD sir, ED sir ,Plant Head) are too good.all vertical HOD are really good and they take care well. this is a great organisation in the field of super alloys, engine valve steel grade and stainless steel Bright Bar. The learning exposure have there and a person can improve all technical skill in good manaer.
