Overall it was nice interning there. I get to know a lot of things as how a TV channel actually runs and what and all they plan, prepare and execute for viewership. About teammate- I interned along with my college mate and that was good to be along with friends always. And the programming head was friendly and approachable. The office looks so clean and calm inside. It's actually a good place to work. I learned about how they plan a programme and how they shoot the reality shows. I've been sent for the studio to learn practically how a shooting happens. And I was allowed to learn how they edit and mix.

I personally feel that place be so male dominated. As I only see guys and men. Luckily my head was a female. And it was so easy for me to communicate. As a first year I don't know how to approach co workers as where ever you turn you can only see male. And I've seen some attitude dudes. That should be change. It's a place to learn and experiment not to control. Other than this is a really really good place. The male people who work on the floor/studio are really sweet. They actually thought me how to design a set and I allowed helped them. But people who sit Insid the office room shows attitude. Oh! Pradeep sir is so kind and gentle when I met him personally when I joined there.
