New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

The Star Hospital is good for working and they adopt latest technology.I enjoyed working with my teammates.I worked there as a prescription auditor also and it was a good experience.And the most important thing is every year they take their employers for picnic.After all it was a great experience working with Star Hospitals.

Salary not satisfied,testless food given.they are given continue 10days night duty,less off. Exam time not given permission in my side I am telling after I am crying they given permission. No interference in work.

Dislikes

After working day and night for 2 years and pending salary of 6 months, when we started forcing for our dues, they made working impossible. So Peds Gynaecology Medicine all 3 consultants left.
