New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Star Cement it's only a name..it's looks corporate but it is BARABAZAR KA GAADHI SE BHI RADDI HAI ..before joing this comlany think atleast 100 times ..the Hr role is only joining and recruiting and they don't have power to talk with CFO ..they all are puppets.the employee turnover of the kolkata accounts and Finance is very high ..One of Sr Manager his name is Niraj Agarwala and his two chamacha Surnedra singh and Souren ghosh play it game with newcomers they showed like apne maa ka pet se he sab sikh kar aaya tha...if anyone wants to join this company and ruuned his carrier then most welcome ..

CFO don't have manners to talk with their employees ..due to him only maximum employees left this organisation . He don't know how to talk as a CFO .. Chairman and other members don't addressing the issue.
