They make offensive remarks, encourages late-night work accompanied by offers of alcohol, and take employees out for drinks, making promotions seemingly dependent on such interactions. There is no POSH policy in place, which further exacerbates the situation. Additionally, there is favouritism, including rumors of a personal affair between associate director and general manager. Overall, its an extremely unhealthy work environment with rampant partiality
