Vision Less 3rd class "LALA" company. Worst company Don't join this company

Dislikes

...leaves are allowed under any circumstances (including sick leave) till 6 months. If you late by 1 minute they deduct your half salary and not listen to you under any circumstances. No flexibility of timings 3) No Pantry / Refrigerator 4) Poor Infrastructure 5) Very Rigid, Poor and Arrogant Mentality of Management 6) Very High attrition rate 7) Provide leaves only after 6 month on daily (not on monthly ) pro rata basis means. 8) Asking original marksheet/ certificates or signed blank cheques after joining and this is mandatory for all. 9) Serves roadside tea in a very very very small cup like employees are road side beggar 10) Treating employees like a slave and road side beggar 11) Biased behaviour based on cast and gender 12) Salary date is of 7th of next month. 13) HR with no eyes and ears 14) If you would like to join Unit 2 (changodar) pl. Arrange tracter for yourself for traveling as there is huge water logging(around 2-3 feets ) in rainy season. also treat your self for fasting as there is NO inhouse canteen facility ( light foods /tea/coffe/ nasta) at plant. 15) No mediclaim facility for family of employee. 16) No term insurance for employee or his family 17) Delayed offering of appointment and confirmation letters. 18) Making false commitments at the time of interview that we will increase your salary after 6 months (big trap) and after 6 months they deny based on the performance. 19) No respect, trust , faith on employees

Lala company Think 1000 times before join this company

Dislikes

Joining this company means enduring six months without any leave, including sick leave, under any circumstances, with no credit for unused leaves after this period. Employees are constantly monitored by the so-called "Lala" throughout the day. The provided dining area is appalling, featuring an open toilet with broken doors, damaged chairs, and piles of discarded metal and furniture lying next to the lunch tables. During tea breaks, employees are served roadside tea in extremely tiny cups, leaving them feeling like beggars. The work environment is marked by constant threats and mental harassment under the guise of policies, while the HR department remains indifferent and unresponsive. Additionally, employees are required to surrender their mobile phones during working hours. This visionless, third-rate company offers nothing but trauma and exploitation to those who join. Vision less 3rd class "LALA" company

Work culture this word would be new for this company. Company is full off politics and that management meeting i would say they only do meetings twice in a week full day for this reason at the end no work meet the deadline. No teams ,poor communication inside the company.Lots of politics I have never seen such kind of atmosphere. Worst part of this company is HR. I want to give zero rating. Owners of the company are good. They are positive and valued persons never allow any non compliance. If they will change HR and incorporate Admin that situation will get changed.Other wise they can not get employees.
