I Love to do work this amazing leaning and supporting company....I would like to say the environment and working experience is good. Actually this CRO company and a small company but I must say any fresher can make his career from here and he can learn so many things which is not be learn in just few years in others such kind of pharma companies. I can able to make sure of everyone like if you really want to build your career please come stabicon. Now a days our company working on Covid-19 project...we are going to reasearch on vaccine & antidote of covid-19 and so I am feeling this is great opportunity for everyone those who are working this company to part of a study or research of covid-19

Sometimes work pressure is really going to disappoint in few situation only.....and salary is not much so sometimes I felt bad about stabicon.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
