First they will have your interview conducted with their project company after that they ask you to resign and collect all the documents After 20 days they will call u and say position is on hold we can't offer you same salary then they will took full un due advantage they will re negotiate your salary Then they will find the way to destroy your life no work life balance all HR are fake here they will never admit what they had confirmed and even in writing they will say it was a mistake or typo error Better don't join here or switch with them My bad luck i have wasted my time here All commitment were fake even they will try to apply step to hold ur salary disgusting people

Literally nothing. They have the most toxic HR. The most toxic culture. Just the people are good to work with. But everyone is tense about the work life balance and pressure.

The company would only favour people related to the family. The most toxic departments are HR and Marketing. The management doesn't know people are being kicked out for no reason. No new idea is welcome. Zero management skills. HR never listens to the employees, they only do what the manager says. No free will. There's not even snacks at the office. The canteen staff will treat everyone badly as long as it's not the family of the founders.
