Poor work culture. Unnecessary deductions in salary. Too much interference of management in clinical decisions. Doctors are treated as workers. Be prepared to be mentally frustrated to get your own money, you have to follow up 1000 times. Not at all an employee friendly organisation. Would not recommend anyone to work here long term.

Management need improvement.. completed 6 month but overtime salary not given... Appraisal ..during this period need to see work of respective person do apprasial accordingly....employee are not happy because of this only... Need one good bos...good hod like nupur maam ...need more teams

A perfect place to work. The doctor nurses and all staffs are very supportive and friendly. I am feeling lucky to have such colleagues with whom I worked with. I recommend everyone to visit this hospital in any emergency situation. You will definitely satisfy after getting the positive results and a very friendly environment.

Frankly speaking everything is excellent but some times canteen facility creat little issue for staff. Apart from this everything is perfect and maintained.
