...ime only. Otherwise they will busy in their own working. Training will be given. Salary and appraisals depend on our performance if we put more efforts we will get best apperaisals. Work environment is good. Innovation is a primary thing in SRL, i hope. Why because this company having R&D dept. This dept creats new tests and methods etc.,

Dislikes

Working Hours extended in some department some times. I hope as a lifescience student it is common why because if we do any experiment or test its take time to get result.

I have never seen this kind of company in my life.

there is no hike, every year they send assesment for appraisal. Only higher administartor salary will be 4x every year. Normal Grade person salary will be increased <5%. I would suggest to work anywhere in this universe but not work here.

Likes

On consultation mode renewal is one yearly with not much increment and leaves benefits. Work culture is so so. Management by company is little time consuming, decision making ability/ authority is confused, many people involved in passing certain agenda. Company policies are good for permanent employees.

Dislikes

Manpower is short, overworked. Certain people also expect to overwork without any additional pay. Internal politics, though it's everywhere.

...ity in the SRL diagnostics because they need highly qualified members only Ph.D. holder candidates have a secured job opportunity and about compensation and benefits all are good in the company

The Company's work culture is good but its been deteriorating fast few years. The salary is paid timely.

Dislikes

Too much of interference of business /sales people in the over all operations of labs. The medical/paramedical staffs are always ignored in the decision making, they just remain mute spectators and follow the ever changing structural dynamics.
