Working at Sriyug Print Production was the most frustrating experience. The management lacked clear direction, and there was little to no growth opportunity. Communication was a mess, and despite hard work, recognition was rare. The work environment felt disorganized, and upper management often seemed unaware of what was happening on the ground. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone looking for a stable and motivating workplace. Think twice before joining this organization. They didn’t even pay salaries on time, and despite continuous follow-ups, they showed negligence. My dues are still not paid. Even associating with them as a customer will get you headaches.
