Management politics Tarun kumar new manager was becoming the boss there. He fired 2 years old international team who build the process stable and constant good revenue to the organization. Just putted some false allegations that team was reporting to old manager and involved in data leaking stuff. It was pathetic moment for me as I worked almost years with my loyalty towards the company.

The manager, Nisha ma'am, is very good. She is very cooperative and a great manager. She always helps her employees.

The attitude of owner Dr. Megha Chaturvedhi is disappointing and very low class. Their behavior towards employees and even their doctors is very poor. Dr. Megha Chaturvedhi is not a competent doctor; she doesn't know how to respect doctors and their employees. She is not knowledgeable about medicines and their dosages. If any doctor tells her that this is the correct medicine or this is the wrong medicine, or if any doctor prescribes any medicine to their patients, she becomes very angry. She behaves like a local troublemaker and also abuses her doctors. That was my experience at Sriias Hospital.I do not recommend any doctor or anyone to work in that hospital.

I only like about this company is work life balance...no one call you on weekend for urgent work... because it's week off

Partiality, politics, careless behaviour of seniors, promote anyone for any position no criteria was fixed for it... senior employee showing their power by shouting they think they have right to do so....how could such people promoted who even don't know how to behave with other employees....and owner has only justify their behaviour... Job security is not fixed ask resignation forcefully...

The founders promote shot cuts to achieve goals even if the short cut means following practices which are not legal as per to the law. Doesn't follow any processes nor have any process in place for anything. You will only devalue your skill if you have any and will loose the goal of attaining the desired position as the founder promotes that anyone can do anything for example if you are a skilled graphic designer you may end up in procurement department. So yes if you want to commit a career suicide.....yes this is the place....!
