...e so called chairman presides over. He used to come late and spoil the schedule. They use April to threaten faculties, who are having higher salary. Stay away from this college.

The top management is giving importance to every employee in the institute. They are showing empathy towards employees.

Dislikes

The problem the middle level management showing partiality towards employees. The middle level management does not encourage the Y employees.. Most of the Y employees moving to another organisation due to this reason.
