...nt from last 4 years because every empolyee is a back bone of their company etc. Salary is always pending 2 or three months I think this is very critical for family members. And career growth is very low no any opportunities are coming by the management for employees.

Dislikes

Staff is very cooperative but management never show their interest in a employee.HOD's of the any department is not helfull they never discussed their staff problems front of the management and management unaware what is happening in the department's.

Some colleagues have good nature.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Director and administrative director behaviour is very rude and negative nature with faculties.
