It's pleasure working with Sree Vidyanikethan Engineering College for various encouragements such as career growth, salary, work environment especially encouragement in research. Those who work sincerely with the college objectives they are given with appraisal and can experience career growth. Monetary benefits are also provided to the Faculty those who wants to travel for research. Very frequently Faculty Development programmes are conducted as a part of training the faculty with latest trends. Of course, working environment is quite healthy.

Sometimes, reaching the higher authorities limits with protocol and leads to time taking for any proposal.

As an employee , appropriate work load and salaries on time n appreciations on achieving better pass percentage of the class we handled, wounderful infrastructure n healthy environment to work ...all these makes this college perfect place to work

No hikes, no security and growth in professional career. You are fired without any reason and they'll tell we'll give 3 months salary which will not be credited. When you come for any queries you never know to whom you should contact. It's bad

Getting placed in Sree vidyanikethan is very smooth process. Discipline is the main factor I like about the college.

Dislikes

There is no Job security. Management can fire you if they feel to do even without proper reason. You can only survive if you obey for whatever they ask you to perform irrespective of your designation. Else, your job will be at risk
