Salary on time, never reduces salary as mentioned in bond paper.

Dislikes

Poor management, mostly egyptian people in higher post who are illeterate, doesn't even speak English properly only arabic language, on many sites they provide poor accomodation doesn't give fridge, washing machine and also on site will force you to do extra work and if will not do will cut 2-3 days salary even your are doing your job but not doing extra.

Salary is low ,but monthly end get salary, Don't delay ,good ,and If you go vacation and you have any tools in your name you can't go vacation,don't get any tools in your name.
