They hold your salary for unnecessary reasons. Even after resignation FNF is not settled although the period is 90 days and continuous follow up. Its been more than 180 days now. They show you about foreign trips and all that , but just higher management goes for the same, even revenue is collected by any employee. Main Pune office not even have parking for the employees , employees have to park vehicles of road or paid parking.

...the company they will hold your pay, even after proper notice period as well. even if you travel for job u are not paid, no pay time is fixed, no offer letter no payslip no joining letter provided.

No communication, leadership skills in top management. Highly uneducated staff. Untimely salary.
