Over time without payment. No matter what and how you are doing things you will be judged by your over working timings which is more than 10 hours.

The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that makes reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Nothing is there in the company to like within 10 days they are just figuring out about the ability of employee. And without any notice period they use to remove employees. There simple goal is to hire n fire employees that's it. .

There Is no political, as you can directly reach the top level. Lot of empathy from the owner Pool of unlimited knowledge. Easy access to the owner. Family environment. Out of India travel opportunities.

HR Behaviour No Management. Company owner behaviour is so rude with employess, He think he only knows all things rest employees are donkeys
