- Extremely toxic culture. Irrational, stupid and unrealistic expectation from Engineers. - Favouritism, Office Politics and that too coming from the top level in Bengaluru. Managers would give projects where deadline passed weeks back and then consider them done in a week. They do this to protect their favourites as their favourites would have missed the deadlines initially. - Dont think Managers even have any idea about complexities. They just want solutions in a couple of days even with the task you have 0 idea about. - People tend to not share knowledge to stay relevant. Infact a lot of people like to put others in spot and ask them questions even during KTs - Product and Engineering has broken communication. - No documentation, 0 dev tools, In-efficient usage of tech - queues like Kafka and later complaining it doesnt scale. Overall, A horrible experience! Toxic culture!

Dislikes

I have heard people getting fired even for small delays, Manager shouts in 1:1. People do not share complete knowledge or even misguide at occasions and later point them out in the meetings to make you feel bad. Favouritism and group-ism is definitely there. In short, decent working hours but very toxic culture.
