... a concrete vision about his company. All the staffs are wonderful to work with. Pay was decent. I was happy with Sporthood.

Organisational structure is a bit confusing.Hr process should be more streamlined and easily accessible.

Nothing is actually good here.No leave ,No employee is permanent.Anyone can be fired anytime within an hour.Worst work culture,No HR,No offer letter,No PF,Overpriced products,Worst company,All people started to leave.So plz don’t go there

Everything,Please don’t go there.As they are an academy,They don’t actually need managers,They are very bad ,Especially Rahul Thomas,the founder isn’t even understanding.No job security and high work pressure,They make you work on Sundays too.Very unethical culture,No hR or anything in the company.Worst ever!!

Worst company culture.They discriminate woman because it’s sports and market let’s make sports gender neutralized.No PF , No Hr,Worst ,And no career growth,No proper salary,We have to do all work including taking photos at 3 am and video editing and they do no marketing at all.Worst company ever don’t go

This company functions like a family. It doesn't have much shackles of structures or office politics. Your work becomes your play and your play is also part of the work and that is what i did most of the time. You have total and unrestricted access to the upper management and also to all parts and functions of the company at all times. I have learnt a lot and i was given the space to explore my expertise and was also pushed to lead in a short period of time. You get appreciated for your efforts which lacks in most working organizations. I had the most fun time working here.

There is nothing much to say. If you are person who likes working under fixed structures and chain of command, this place might disappoint you.
