They hire employees by giving them salary hikes.

give salary hike But they leave after giving such time reason so that the staff does not get any work.The staff does not have any personal life after joining the company.You can't even fight for yourself, because the management is involved in getting the stuff fired,I have lost many good people who used to take work as their own.Work culture and politics management is very bad, if you want to do something good then you are not allowed to do it. The company does not care about its employee and There is no job security.When given a chance, they either terminate or ask to leave them. Apart from this there are other things but that's enough for now.

Working here spoils mental health, they are employed on contract basis and make them work like servent, there is no facility for the employees. There is no fixed time for late logout. Here, by saying 9 to 6, they keep the children till 6:45, no matter from how far someone comes.

They will give you hike but it is deceiving.

Very bad policy and management. NO job security at all. Without any intimation thry immediately fire you. There is no protocol adhered. HR do not listen to the employees nor they cater the any problems. Not a good place to work. They will squeeze you and you will be left demotivated amd frustrated.
