... holidays except 4 in an year. Example that don't give holiday on EID.(SALES) 4. SALARY comes in 3 days advance. Without any issue. 5. Few of the managers are really good in nature. 6. Abuses are in trend. 7. Very quick firing process. 8. 7 day notice period. Even this will also not be asked. 9. Good founding members 10. Highly risky job. 11. Promotion opportunities quicker. 12. Good incentives. 13. 7-14 days OJT 14. 7 days product training. 15. To Clear OJT you need to achieve atleast 3-4 sales.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Ghosts the intern post internship. Unprofessional behaviour by taking sides with the candidate who is a close relative, personal relationships dictating the behaviour of manager. No learning, just cost cutting and hiring interns for cheap labor.
