Furthermore, the offer letter failed to mention details about food and accommodation, leaving staff uninformed. Lack of Respect for Staff We are treated as laborers, not professionals. The school's management disregards staff well-being, forcing us to work on Sundays and evenings until 10 pm without consideration for personal time or work-life balance. Refusal to comply may result in coercion, forced signing of agreement policies without disclosure, and threats. Unprofessional Interference The management, including the Chairman's wife, interferes with staff's personal time and activities. They comment on the quantity and quality of food, inspect what staff are eating, and even confiscate mobile phones. The management also demands original documents, withholding salaries if these demands are not met. Conclusion Some issues may be understandable and taken as experience, but the female Vice Principal's behavior is completely unacceptable. Her toxic nature, attitude, and behavior are dangerous, and I have never encountered someone like her before. Her actions contradict the kindness and compassion often associated with women. I feel she is an "evil master" who creates a hostile environment . And in my opinion, Spiro Prime Public School is not worth joining because it can harm staffs.
