...u are having 3) Don't expect cab facility, Team lunch or another extra benefits 4) No extra pay for doing OT 5) Inconsistent projects 6) Failure in maintaining proper communication...Prefers to speak in native language while giving KT or at the time of meeting or even with communicating with clients

...NO vision / direction. Career Growth - Lack of career development opportunities. Also, salary is below industry standard. Transparency - Lack of transparency show to employees.

-No proper structure in projects -Improper coding standards -Work will be assigned who are close to superiors. Rest will be assigned to support roles -Failed in communication(prefers local language, superiors can't even explain the task/workflow of project in English) -Partiality and high preference to local people -Judging a person based on how close they are rather than their skills

Do not join....no one has good work but they have enough courage to play politics and grab others opportunities. They are loss making business. I have been there since 9 months yet dnt have any work as no client or product has gone live yet.
