...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Some good cultures are like - A. Safety First B. Awarding for best cell, most improved cell C. Company gives additional trainings (as per company requirements) free of costs D. They give chance to new oes for work with staff for some months

... & teaching to new employees & oets, there is some lacks by TL, GL & Seniors B. Need some changes in salary culture of @Daipl, is a good brand in field of driveshaft maker which have big brand customers...but salary of it's employes is too cheap, so need to increase it & improve incrementation year by year

As a fresher it is a good company to start up.physical strength is required for this job since its a production line .... You can collect knowledge and improve your skills in mechanical field only ....but I was from electronics

Attendance was not corrected for that 4000 rs from my salary was deducted.... My group leader did that mistake and i suffered. Very rarely leave will be provided .... If it's ur last breath then they will provide u leave

The Company is very supportive, environment friendly and readily adopts latest technology. I also like the employee re-hire policy hear.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Salary increment is very slow.

The teammates are very supportive in every situation. The management is also very open with the employees. There are huge cultural programs will be conducted by the management.

There will huge work pressure on the employees. The salary also is less according to what the employees work.
