I had an opportunity to work for Sphata, and had to relocate to Chennai for the same, the HR, teammates, Managers even the MD was so nice they helped me in all the ways to make me feel home away from home. You get lot of learning opportunities, good work life balance and something I never notice in my career ( the Sphata management took special interest to make sure you eat homely food healthy tea snack) I loved the company and the experience I got from this company.. lots of memories.

Dislikes

One of the nicest company I worked for.. I did't see any negative as such.

Number of clients and projects were less which is adversely impacted employees job security. Need to improve client base and to maintain long term relationship with client
