Less Employment engagement activities, sometimes poor management as well, Improper planning, Terrible in trainings (you have to learn on your own), fellow colleagues are so poor and lacking acumen to derive their duties well.

I worked here for 5 years. Must recommended company to work with in initial phase of your career. They are associate with world class brands. You will learn lot of business lessons here. While working at Sphar you might get frustrated at some point but eventually you will develop one of the important skill i.e. taking ownership of your job.
