1. Salary used to come after 2 months 2. The Director can fire you anytime so don't come here for job security, Come here only if you want to pass time 3. No government rules are followed here. 4. Working culture is not good. 5. Management is not good. 6. The HR Department can ask you to resign at any time 7. There is no facility of any kind

There is nothing to be liked about sperry plast ltd. No work life balance , one of the major issues was salary , always 15-20 days late or even 1 month delayed in salary .

I have worked in Sperry group around 5 year,Company culture is very good and all team members are very supportive. I haven’t seen such supportive Management specially MD sir Shri.Vikram jain ji ,Shreyansh jain & Rishabh Jain . Every employee is treated as Family member . Everyone should join Sperry group if got the opportunity.

I have completed 3year 5month in that period. Management terminate many employees without any problems. He always say cost savings.
