Even though I worked hard for seven years.promotion of those less capable then others.there the promotion is given to the relatives and friends of the staff.the final clearance will not be given if the resign letter is given after coming to country.

...ther company will spend this much money and time towards developing HSE culture. management very keen to give salary on time. workers are very happy with this company.

Very poor work culture especially in EMC contract. All equipment are old and not in working condition. Highly under resourced company. Giving impractical target to employees.

Provide under resources against demand, No plan on project drive, Always keep employees in unrealistic work pressure/ mental stress

All people are good but lots of politics and bad attitude.salary is decent but career growth is slow.
