Best for gaining knowledge for freshers,the project manager was very supportive person (have some anger issues)

The salaries and increment are poor they forget your work & loyalty when you start discussing salary.Work- life balance is a big problem here ,in time (9:00am) is fixed but out time not fixed. One have to travel different client location & they only provide bike disregarding the weather.

They always try to reduce your salary and forgot about increment, for me initially they said a fixed salary , after 1 month they started torturing me and asked me bond or else they won't release salary of that month. Kindly don't risk yourself in this company.

only as a fresher, we can learn something . that too because of constant grinding and no support, we try ourselves and learn something

Dislikes

Everything.. work-life balance, Attitude towards employees, Allowances, Claim clearance, Terribly poor Management, Company policies. Intime should be perfect, but out time should not be, Everyday the work will be off min 11 hrs. and Unnecessary politics.
