This company is currently running with interns and while I was working here, my coworkers (i.e. also interns) were very cooperative and friendly. They donot have a designated HR for the company, hence everyone will act like an HR while hiring you and no one will help you when you need that.

... my supervisor(Abhishek Singh-IT head) was satisfied with my work & performance. My FNF period was completed but I did not receive my salary. I had to constantly send reminders(via emails, WhatsApp msgs & calls) to him to process my salary that I have worked hard for & had to jiggle for an extra 13 days btw him & acting HR (Ms Mehak) to get what is rightfully mine. After my constant efforts, they processed the salary for November 2023 but did not clear any of my December 2023 amount. After 15 days when I inquired about my Service Completion Letter, my supervisor informed me that he had got the approval & will provide it soon. I went to the office to collect the letter & there the acting HR misbehaved with me. I was on an urgent call so she asked me to keep my belongings with me out of the office. Later when I requested access to the office she denied the access and came outside & she made a huge fuss in the building corridor. She told me that they were not satisfied with my work ( when I was the one who resigned from the company after completing 4 months and completed a full month of the notice period and also when my supervisor never mentioned that there was an issue with my performance while I was working). What I have faced is a pure form of mental & financial harassment. I have to financially struggle because of the stupid tactics that HR played. When I initially joined the company I used to wonder why they worked with interns and after completing approx 5 months with them, I finally came to know why they were hiring interns. It's way easier to manipulate interns rather than experienced employees. They do not have any ethics, no coordination among the departments, and no proper holiday list.
