Nothing!! Absolute waste of career time , energy , monetary. Could have learnt, earned more in different organisation , CEOs first statement to join at lower salary with false promises for high incentives which is the biggest scam you shall understand once you go through the incentive policies. all good points written on any job /company profile platform is false and misleading.. as the marketing team force employees to write good reviews. CEO disrespects employee with no manners , he has a constant mindset on how to dupe his employee and investor . If you don't believe my post and don't find this helpful.. please join this organisation and all the best

The CEO knows how to play around with people's career and their income with all false promises.. HR department is a scam division , they will start with glorified stories to join and hide all reality.. this is big scam to add people for their PR activity for investors

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
