I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 15-16 hours straight in a day. There is no on job training for freshers.

There are job security is good, there is good for learning for freshers, good for the work culture and management are to good , company police is average. All members are to good and helping for all team member in Sotac pharma.

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
