Good pay on the terms of keeping manager happy. Good for freshers to learn. Great exposure to different use cases mostly on networking technologies and network security.

Dislikes

Micromanagement , call centre for tech support , no time for break or lunch, mental harrassment with employees for all reasons , questions put up for all actions. Involving personal life including contact details to mentally harras.

Good learning for fresh graduates and work culture is good

Bad HR system and policies No promotions, and hikes are postponed alternate years Not good for Senior level employees Goal and vision is not in sync with existing market

Provides good work-life balance. People are usually nice and helping. Stable in terms of job security.

Dislikes

Little to no communication between engineers and upper management during the pandemic. Work quality is mediocre at best, no cutting edge work available. New development is very slow and riddled with management and IT related blockades.

Great place to start off your career if your interest is firewalls, vpn concentrator.

Dislikes

Very little to no training for new hires. Virtually no opportunity for growth, you'll be forced to only prioritize inbound calls. When customer or engineer asks for escalation, it is just given to the next person. There are no L1, L2 or L3. All engineers are given slightly different titles and the same job. Need to ask permission to take breaks. Technical Support Engineers are treated poorly and devalued. No mental wellness days off, no comp offs. First year work experience is valuable. But start your job search after 1 year.

Manager dont know how to talk to its employees and don't know how to and what to train their employees and expect from their employees to be learned before they enter company. They don't have any coordination among different employees.
