...R Got call from HR bhawana and she was super rude and very cold on the phone . When I told her I have package of 4 lpa so I am expecting CTC around 4-5 lpa for your company. She rudely said go join that company then since you are asking very high package for a fresher. At least she could have talked normally and said no .

...heir employees as Labour,No flexibility in time,Always force you to do Overtime. Salary comes on 15 so the employee can not leave the organisation ever because they don't give the Salary if someone wants to leave Their Organization.Horrible Management.

Everything is terrible in this company . The office located in a market and looking like a “Khandar” and old staffs and MD’s are keep on eye of every single minute on new employees so that they will deducted their salaries and employees get frustrated and old employees staff are very useless and they are spoons of MD . If someone goes in the washroom then they also notice how long he has been there and has fallen so much . MD behaviour is very bad and rudely and have so much attitude don’t know why he has so much attitude his office looks like as “khandar and chidiya ka ghosla”. Don’t join this khandar otherwise you will loss your time and money.

Strong office politics,?no proper handover or allowed to change if anything is wrong, neither ready to change or correct no meeting, neither Being hr only you can follow up the instructions that's also by your junior I means no hierarchy system

Being as a fresher what I can say is that I'm feeling good to work there. Work environment is good but growth opportunity is less..Team leaders are very supportive..

Career growth,Top management is not supportive..
