No bonus, no promotion, no work culture,in case you leave the job they will ruined your career so never will get a job anywhere. Once join you will be treated as servent of some specific employees. No respect will be there at all.

Market me long time work karne ke liye company ka apna setup hona chahiye, yhan Company ka koi setup nahi hai, koi office nahi hai koi market me face value nahi hai, Company sirf apne rules and conditions par work karti hai jo market me possible nahi hai, or jab tak aap har mahine company ka 100% target achieve nahi karoge company aapko koi bhi paisa nahi degi or nahi convenience degi.

It is good organisation to work with. They give freedom to their employees to work freely. The management is very helpful and Company has positive work culture.

As it is a new organisation, the HR part is yet to be developed.
