Old school work culture Desk job mentality Head of departments are set in their ways and not ready to digest new joinees The heads are directly connected to the owner personally so the new joiners will not connect to owner The management doesn't communicate with the new comers and expect them to gel on their own People there are unhappy and the show is run by the old employee and she pokes her nose where it doesn't belong or where she doesn't know the field Save yourselves and stay away I didn't see any reviews of the place and I regret joining You will be treated as piece of meat they will toss you out if they feels so or make it difficult to work.

Dislikes

No work satisfaction here. Just save yourself don't go here. The lady on reception thinks this a jail and she is a jailor she keep and eye out. Hell lot of politics

Ginza is a big name & that's the best part. Nothing else is that great

Dislikes

The working hours are never taken into consideration for our team.There is no benefit or consideration for overtime. Work ethics are lacking. One person hired for a particular profile is said to do many things that do not fall under their expertise and they are not even paid for. Increment is super slow and biased. People never appreciate your work. Freedom to explore is not given.
