If you work here work long time you regret. Zero compliance Zero training Zero work culture Zero benifit for worker Production head ask to write apology for manpower shortage for 6 times in 8 month. No hr will stay for longer time. Before confirmation 2 month and after confirmation 3 month gross notice period not baisc. Account is managing hr also. Housekeeping security admin material all comes under account. No canteen from the date plant inauguration 10 years Management is use less. No time office no support all manual No policy manual updated from 2017 Totally a waste of time joining company. Before joining take feed back from any internal employees

CEO - Ajay Maan is mis-behaving openly . Suspend & terminate the employees even of less than 02 months connect with company. He has no experience of automotive and develop the horrible work culture with no job security. Sense of politics everywhere. Anyone can join to spoil their career.
