There is no work pressure, boss listen to your issues and motivate you but there is no learning or work monitoring that help to improve you.

Dislikes

Management was not good before but improving and salary will never be on time so don't expect, also late means 1 month delay. Also they say you can work late to complete task but if you join late so they can put new rules as per them.

Many things are there to unlike about. - Salary never on time you have to always calling boss or HR asking that your salary hasn't came. - They can manipulate their rules according to their benefit. - Nothing much really to learn - Work space is too small

As a graphic designer, diffrent department will send you different work and they all expect you to finish their work first, also after i left, i was never given the salary for the whole last month i worked there.
