Softnotions is a good company that takes care of their clients very well and have a very systematic way of developing projects. They do have experts inside and outside of the company and immediately help us to solve the challenges through team work.

Dislikes

I think softnotions should consider seriously more about the hiring process and HR management. Softnotions depends on contract workers sometimes and they do neither provide the basic facilities nor enquire about anything before hiring but softnotions expects more dedication and availability from contract employees. They dont have a system to handle basic documents once an employee leave from the company. Some contract employees get all documents without any delay while some don't which shows softnotions should focus not only project quality, project release but also the HR section. These things affect the employees new company joining. One have to think a lot and follow up more with the company director too before joining as a contract employee in softnotions.

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
