Likes

Top management is careless about employees well being. There is no work-life balance. No comp off. No OT. You are expected to be available 24/7.

Dislikes

There is lot of favouritism. Management and HR do not address any issue reported. There is no career growth, you are expected to perform repeted task and similar projects.

Its a growing company and if your skills and attitude is right there are immense opportunities available for growth. There are areas of improvement but a company that us just 5 years old cannot be any more better.
