Poor working culture is not a holistic environment for growth, they don't respect you, the poor management easily blames you for their inefficiency, the management and managers do sloppy work, and they use unprofessional words to the employees and assume employees are like shit and the work timing are pathetic.

I really enjoyed the interview process, and the experience was great, all the interviewers are great and good knowledge on the technical part.

One of the worst management I have worked ever in my professional career, management has to grownup and no job security in the company, there leave policy are like shit,
