Management is not proper . No work apprised. Salary increment not proper and also promotions. And office politics is so dengerous. carefully work. Night allowance is not pay.

Work culture and job security for technical staff is very good They don't do layoff no termination as far as I know They except rehiring even if you left the company

Almost No promotion and very low salary They hire for very less pay and don't give good increment and carier growth is very bad Can learn many products but those are not high demanding Can't get good opportunity in other company because you can't develop skills on high demanding software

Likes

Softcell is a great place to start your career in cybersecurity. The management and work mates are very supportive. You get salaries on time even during crisis like Covid and recession and you have 100% job security.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. There are no perks associated with the job even a basic health insurance is below average.

The most satisfactory thing about softcell technologies is Job security. Another aspect is it is a good company for freshers only.

Dislikes

The compensation as per the work done is way too low. Even if you work for 12-14 hours a day you will never receive any appreciation from your manager. The appraisal for the year is totally depend on mood of your manager or his good relation with you. Even after giving your best efforts you will go unnoticed. Also there is not job training for freshers you have go directly on work. They hire mostly unskilled people which affects your daily activities and you'll receive more work burden because of them.

It's ok for Fresher, but they are giving very less salary, no other benefits given by company

Dislikes

It's a contract base job, not for a good carrier, very less salary, no work-life balance, leave policy is not so good.
