Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

This company is good for freshers who want to learn because due to a lot of work pressure they will get to learn many things.

Dislikes

...Old technology is there. Experienced people please don't join this organisation. Salary is never on time. No deadlines are fixed for projects. Also there is no work life balance because they ask you to stay in the office till late no matter what.

Too much work pressure. They deduct a lot of salary without any reason

Pathetic Management, not caring for employees, more work pressure, employees are resigning because of mgt only , staff shortage, they cancel our holiday last moment and tell to work. Pantry is very small, no entertainment, holidays, strict leave policy. No water in washroom. Please don't join this company if you don't want to feel insulted.
